Well from what we learned about the FA is they will use probability in their investigation . So it will be hard to say what will happen although he was found not guilty in court because they have to be 100 % certain to convict him but if the FA have 51% belief he abused anton racially then he will be getting a ban . I wonder because he said he didn't abuse him racially can they add more games to his ban .

Rio looks to be getting a 4 game ban aswell .

The FA has today charged Manchester United's Rio Ferdinand with improper conduct in relation to comments posted on Twitter.

The allegation is that the player acted in a way which was improper and/or bought the game into disrepute by making comments which included a reference to ethnic origin and/or colour and/or race.

Ferdinand has until 4pm on 2 August 2012 to respond to the charge.
