    Is anyone else having this problem? I admin on 3 different sites and the same problem is on all 3. When I share a page from the site (any of them) copy url and paste into a facebook status update, it looks weird? Screenshot below;

    This happened before I think but I've only noticed it this evening happening again. I haven't done anything recently on any of the sites, added/deleted plugins . Anyone have any ideas?

    Here's the example page http://swinfordtidytowns.com/projects/ but its the same result on any page on any of the 3 sites. :mad:

    https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/object/

    Put the url in there and it will tell you what the error is, in your case it shows up an og:title error.

    Object at URL 'http://swinfordtidytowns.com/projects/' of type 'website' is invalid because a required property 'og:title' of type 'string' was not provided.

    If you do a google search for that it will give you different suggestions on what the issue could be

    Thank's Axwell, you've sent me on the right path (I hope!) Yeah, it says I'm missing the og open graph tags. Did a search on wordpress.org, someone with the same problem found the problem in yoast seo. I went into the plugin and I have indeed the open graph tag ticked for facebook and twitter. I'm stumped again :(

    I believe it may be your page titles in yoast. Have you check you have filled in the seo, particularly for the homepage if thats the one you are linking to

    It's not yoast, your og tags are generated by: "WordPress Facebook Open Graph protocol plugin (WPFBOGP v2.0.11) http://rynoweb.com/wordpress-plugins/". Check those settings

    Boardsie Enhancement Suite - a browser extension to make using post-migration Boards on desktop a better experience (includes full-width display, keyboard shortcuts, and a dark mode setting)

    Sorry, meant to update earlier. I installed that plugin after my last post late the last night. Still not working :(

    When I installed the facebook og plugin I unticked the facebook og option in the yoast plugin. Haven't had time to check since. Will update later tonight when I get time.

    Thanks to everyone for your help. This problem is really starting to bug me now.

    Yip, have all the pages seo filled in. The thing is, its only recently the problem started (on all 3 sites) It used to work no problem before. Haven't changed anything recently, maybe a problem with facebook? It did happen before I think and resolved itself again. Was wondering if anyone else had the same problem?
