I used to run a small DIY record label so try sending vinyl records worldwide without a few dings here and there and one or two going awol. I used to have to put it down to the price of doing business.
This is a private sale though or maybe the same law applies?

Well they're the rules PayPal / eBay / discogs / amazon etc adhere too regardless if your a shop, online business man or just an everyday joe soap selling bits here and there.

Right well if you don't want what i offered then you will have to wait for An Post to respond to me
I was asked to try and sort it out and this is how i am going about it, i will not be offering a refund again until An Post get back to me as Richard said they have a place in Limerick where all the undelivered mail gets sent to.
Rules are different in regards to private sales and i know i posted the item and am not in the wrong

Just to clarify, this is not quite correct. EU Distance Selling Regulations only apply business->consumer and do not apply to 'everyday joe soaps' selling online, only registered business'
