Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Thinking of making a batch of cauli mash tomorrow as I love it and it's a great sub for proper mash. Just wondering how long do people keep if in the fridge? Hoping it lasts until Thursday.

A quick Google would indicate that cauliflower mash is at its best when eaten fresh or at the most after 1 day.
