Spanish/Italian students-activities

Hey guys,

Have 2 girls who are both 16 and are Spanish and Italian students who are staying with us for a few weeks. Just wondering has anyone any ideas for activities that they could do with us in Dublin (and surrounding area) while they are here or groups they could join to meet new people/improve their English ?

We live in Donabate/Swords/Malahide area if that helps.

Bring them on tours of local sites, Malahide Castle, into town for a tour of Trinity, The Dail, Dublin Castle, The Mansion House, ChristChurch and St Patricks.

Do they like any sports?

Plenty for them to do in that case. They can go sailing or kayaking on the estuary (I think there are a few clubs along the Estuary Road). There's also a fairly active ladies football setup around the Swords area.

Failing that Donabate/Swords/Malahide is full of absolute carckers of golf courses if they're into that.

Cheers for that I've booked them in to go sailing and kayaking for 3 hours on Saturday in Malahide wouldn't have thought of that myself =D

Lots of them come into the library to use the PC's - which they seem to like.
