Please ID this bird call (Mayo, near Knock)

.
Apologies for abrupt wind noises.
You can hear the call just beneath the mic/wind noise.
Higher pitched, 2 caws and a second pair of calls which are at a lower pitch.

Link to audio in mp3 format.

I was thinking more along the lines of Buzzard/Long-eared Owl. Habitat/circumstances would help.

Habitat is mostly inland farms, boggy soil, occasional lakes such as turloughs.
It is quite inland - north of Claremorris off the N17.

My wife thinks it might simply be a gull.
I do see gulls around when the silage is being cut.

Common gull is what came to mind.

They can make a keogh keogh call like is heard in your recording, and they have a high pitched call that sounds like the call towards the end of your recording.

Difficult to tell though as the wind noise is a bit overpowering when one cranks the sound up.

Here is a better recording.
Made this morning around 5:30am.
The call continues right through the day.. usually 3-5 minutes apart.

Definitely not man-made.
I am coming down with flu-like symptoms so I won't be taking too much walks in the next 24hrs.
I will endeavour to take a walk next time I am free (and clear headed).

By the way, the latest recording is quite good.
I missed the first caw but it is identical to the one that is at the direct start of the recording.
This is the pattern.
There are swans in the area but not in the direction from where I am hearing the sound.
