Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    I was someone who traded-in games when I was done with them, but I am in the process of going back and picking up all the games on 360 I really enjoyed to have in my collection as my 360 has been partially retired by Xbox One. This deal works out at €3.50 a game so it's been a lifesaver and I've managed to order 8 of the games off my list of ones I want.

    Lets see how many make it through.

    not really much of a games person , but what would be a good choice of a shoot em up ,nothing very complicated like I presume Modern warfare or GOW would be.

    Very annoying. Games still in my basket, €26 out of my bank account but don't even know if the order has gone through.

    I've emailed them but looking at the previous thread it looks like they pick and choose who they reply to.

    I am expecting those of us that have ordered F1 2013 for example to get a previous version of the series and be told it was an error that the chosen game was listed at all.

    So got an email back from them earlier.

    "I can see the transaction on our payment system however the funds have not been released from your account and I cannot see any order details. I had sent this onto our admin team earlier today for complete confirmation.

    I can assure you no payment has been taken as it appears the order did not go through please see below:"

    Yet the bank have charged me?

    Anyone have any similar experiences with any of this?

    really cant see this being honored I placed an order but it took a bit of messing to get the price of the games down to 3e at checkout.
    Anyway happy to order Tiger 14 PES14 and the red dead inc the zombies , so hopefully it will arrive.
