LCD damage

hi i was tilting the 42 LCD tv and think i damaged it https://docs.sony.com/release/hyperlinks/png59553.png there's a blob about 4" wide at the side of the screen the display has moved to the right of the damage(there's a 4" column chopped off the display like a bar) so picture appears normal besides the damage is there…

hi

the display has moved to the right of the damage(there's a 4" column chopped off the display like a bar) so picture appears normal besides the damage

is there anything that can be done besides masking off the bad section and will it get worse
