Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Sky+ Freezing

whenever watching a recording on Sky+ it freezes a bit into the recording and allows you to do nothing with it. the only way of getting out of it is by pressing the Sky button. any idea on sorting this out. i did an upgrade on the software to see if anything new was available to cure it but alas still the same thing…

Did you try ringing sky and there technical dept might have some info on the problem

i'd always ask in here first. ringing Sky requires a lot of patience
