Calderwood v Rawlings confirmed on Fighting Talk earlier. That's the announcement.

    Terrible annoucement.

Reminded me of the Guardian a few years back when they said they had massive news concerning Gareth Bale. After building it up for a couple of hours via social media, it turns out their "massive news" was that Inter Milan may make an enquiry about buying him from Spurs :pac:

Still, nice to have a womens bout on the card I guess.

Where are people staying for this? Anyone find decent rates?
Think we are staying just the Friday and Saturday night.

    Any update on ticket prices?

My money would be on Bisping to headline if he's not booked in yet.

Anyone know where Fight Club members can buy the tickets from on Wednesday morning? I've had a look at the SSE Hydro website and Ticketmaster but can't seem to find anything.

EDIT - I obviously didn't look too hard :pac:

    Ticketmaster.co.uk:

    http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/ufc-fight-night-glasgow-glasgow-18-07-2015/event/36004EB5C8E64D6C?artistid=2125935&majorcatid=10004&minorcatid=742

Can I use my .ie account for this or will I need to create a new one?

    Seating chart below:

    a781eda7853a09bca1b0ace765deacb9.png

    Cheapest = £56
    Most expensive = £168

    No prices inbetween available yet.

.ie account should be fine, just follow the link and log in with you .ie details. Worked for me for Boston so assume should be the same.

Bruce Buffer confirmed to be announcing too. IT'SSSSSSS TIMMMMEEEEE! :D

Probably going to try for the £104.50 level 1 tickets tomorrow, would love the £165 ones but just a bit out of my price range unfortunately.

would anyone be able to IM the Fight Club Presale c0de

  • Registered Users Posts: 12,194 ✭✭✭✭DrPhilG

Tomorrow is going to be awkward.

I start my first job at 9, Glasgow presale is at 10.

I start my second job at 6. TUF finale presale is at 6!

Going to be some sneaking needed...

10 minutes to go, good luck to anyone else buying.

Happy with mine, went with level 2 and got the front row - £104.50.

Fightclub really is worth the 75 bucks.

No panic, log in from work and great seats available. Used it for this and McGregor ticks, would recommend signing up. We split the $75 between 5 of us which also helps.

Phew, I got mine. :D I hope everyone else who tried got them too.

I went for the same tickets EasyGame, what block did you end up with up?

Level 2 looks a canny view. A nice bit of height to see into the cage without being so far away that it's a struggle to see:

The octagon will be placed around where 005 is on the above image.

I think the cage will be dead centre of the floor section. So between 005 and 008.

Which is great, because I'm in the 3rd row of section 054. Just up the tiers, side on to the cage. Couldn't have asked for better if they had given me first choice.

Section 217 for us. Quiet happy for the price we paid. Row A too.

Has there been any confirmation on start time for this? I've heard various rumours of doors opening at 2pm etc.

SSE Hydro initially had doors open at 6pm on their page which has now been changed to 2pm to mirror the Ticketmaster time.

Looks like it will be doors open at 2pm but no official confirmation yet I don't think.

I'd imagine that'll be the start time for the main card. Prelims starting at 3pm with doors open at 2pm. Just a guess mind I have no idea.

I'm just unsure why it would be at that time.

Doors usually open around half 4 or 5 with the first fight half 5 or 6.

Preliks starting 3 hours early makes no sense. If they wanted to start at a different time I thought it would be later to suit the US times but this wouldn't.

Would be terribly rude of me to suggest that they're scared of the Scottish getting plshed if it's on in the evening? Lol

9 fights confirmed, got to be looking at another 2 if not 3 surely? Most cards these days seem to have 12 fights unless injuries strike. Any thoughts on who might be added?
