Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Mars are to use animal rennet in their chocolate. This will affect twixs, bounties and maltesers and all the rest. Theyll probably taste gick. why? :eek:

    isn't it more that they already do and are just telling people now.
    they won't taste any different and they aren't 'using' rennet they
    are saying they can't guarantee there will be none in the whey..

    Heard an interview yesterday, there was such an out-cry over this that they're reverting back to the vegetable based rennet
