pork kidneys or liver

I have pork kidneys or liver , got them in the butcher yesterday (think they're kidneys) I am going to give them to my dogs but was wondering if it would be safe to give it to them RAW. they never had any raw food before . thanks

You can give them raw but they must be frozen for a few weeks first if they're pork. Although rarely occuring, parasites that cause trichinosis are killed by freezing for 3 weeks
