Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Nothing official, but starting with our event the summer just gone we run Hearthstone at BroCon in Limerick. If there is big enough demand we could do something bigger for 2015 however.

    Great to hear these are kicking off. We applied for an official Gathering for BroCon, and are just waiting for the go ahead, so fingers crossed.

    Yeah I seen it there, they ran out of the promotional prize support for us, so gave us codes instead, we added in cinema tickets and 50 euro in the pool to make up for it. xD

    Alas I think I've missed it. Although not too bothered, the game is def becoming a pay to win game. Still...good game when u can avoid the ppl with all the lengendary cards. The tavern brawls, although it seems like a great idea are swamped with the p2w players - shame...

    Not really. The two top decks at the moment (one of which is about to be nerfed) don't require legends. And both Zoo variants are still up there, again not needing legends. I would also question how Brawl can always be filled with PTW when half of the Brawls have set decks.

    Doesn't Midrange Zoo still run Dr. Boom, Mal'ganis and a Sea Giant (okay, that last one is only an epic, but still)?

    I've been playing a couple of months...one legendary, the poison spider from the single player - can't rem the name offhand (I've never played WoW). Brawl just seems esp harsh on new players...you expect it on ranked or casual from time to time, but brawl is a somewhat relentless hammering ;) Still love the game, and I 'might' spend a bit just to unlock the tournaments (700 coins a step takes a long time).

    If anyone's interested my username is MrnonameFFS#2244 (I tried the usual usernames I'd use years ago and after 'This username is taken' appeared the nth time - I kinda went OK! Just call me MRNONAMEFFS! ;p) I used to play magic, so I like synergies and discovering them...

    Ok I got the wrong idea of brawl...I had to choose my deck, this time its random cards...complete chaos ;P It varies...

    I'd be interested in the BlizzCon too...btw I'd love to see how I compare against u 'experts'...throwing down a gauntlet here, maybe even slapping u with it first ;)

    Interesting new Tavern Brawl - co-op. It's very tough...Won 2/10 with random ppl. I very much like the co-op idea, I wonder if they'll implement it more.
