I've come to the conclusion that there are a lot of guys who like bigger girls but don't let on. On more than one occasion I've heard of a man cheating on his thin partner with a bigger girl. I think this is the perfect example of how people sometimes choose social status and social acceptance over what they actually want.

Anyway, that's my profound thought for today.

In my experience men who cheat will cheat cos they can, not cos they can't resist the woman. They will cheat with big girls, small girls, stunners, plain girls, younger, older, ladies and tomboys. Generally if they can get it they take it and that is the truth!

In fairness, fat girls are gross. So are fat men.

'In fairness', lol...What's fair about such a generalised and nasty comment?

I like a chunky man myself. I don't find them gross at all.

"In my opinion, fat people are unattractive" wouldn't be as inflammatory, which, I suspect, is that poster's aim. :pac:

I like slim to slightly curvy women personally, I'm sure there are lads who like the BBWs but it aint for me.

I don't think people are talking about BBWs, but women who are just bigger than slim.

Exactly - "In fairness" before a statement implies a fair, impartial or balanced opinion. To follow it up with a dumb, insulting generalisation doesn't make any sense!

I mightn't find very skinny men or pumped-up musclemen particularly attractive, but that doesn't mean I'd ever call them gross. Each to their own I say. If we all found the same people attractive, wouldn't it be very boring??

    No, but fat birds might.

Some people are repulsed by fatties. That's understandable. It's more to do with them thinking of them as being slobs.

But each to their own ...... Here's a clip of Wayne (& Waynetta) to get your juices flowing.

It doesn't really affect me either way, I find some thin girls attractive, (not the pasty undernourished type generally, but an athletic lean body always looks good) I find plenty of larger girls attractive too, by that I don't mean morbidly obese or anything.
    curves fine,
    folds not so much,
    rolls definitely not

A big girl for the winter for the heat and a skinny one in the summer.

Not sexy but you can make good soups and stocks out of the bones.

I was gonna say "luckily for me my bf likes bigger girls" but that's not really the case. His last two girlfriends were quite slim, he's never expressed an attraction for any overweight celebrity...I guess he just fell in love with me as a person *shock*

Thats cos some men are just desperate. Any female would do. Whereas women can still have some choice no matter how big/fat/ugly they are. big fat ugly man will take a hairy hole in the wall. :P

Wouldn't you agree though that there are far more men interested in size 16 women than mass media/popular culture would seem to indicate? I'm not talking about men fancying massively obese women, but "chubbier" women.

I think one of the prerequisites a man has in finding a woman very attractive is that that she has a triangular shaped gap between her legs at her groin region. Size 16 women generally don't have that.

Funny that, I had that at a size 24 and still have it at a size 14.

I find it hard to believe you would have had that at size 24 if you stood with your feet touching eachother. I think it's one of those primal signals of fertility that men are drawn too.

As I'm no longer anywhere close to a 24, I can't do your foot test to find out, but believe it or not, I didn't have rolls of fat covering my bits.

This is not just a test of skinniness though, it's also a test of hip size. A fertile women will have broad hips and legs pointing inward (to support a pregnancy) which gives this 'gap'

As a matter of interest, what defines "bigger girls"?

I wasn't going to comment as I'd be slightly biased on this issue and I wouldn't have anything to add that hasn't been said already, but never in my life have I heard such nonsense. Men (and women, there are straight women that find women attractive, they don't just have to be lesbian) find plenty of different things about a woman attractive, not just the triangular thigh gap (I can just imagine a guy in the club walking around with a set square - "Nay love, your gap is inconsistent with Pythagoras theorem" :pac:).

This whole "sizes" nonsense is misleading also- Now it's pretty obvious the difference between a size eight and a size eighteen, but believe it or not, human beings are capable of finding both incredibly attractive, or not, purely depending on whether the individual is aesthetically appealing or not. Size is only a contributing factor in that decision, and not once in my life have I ever heard of somebody check the size label on a girl's knickers before he got her into bed (I've heard of a girl who cut all the labels off her clothes because her boyfriend was an ass, but that's a whole other story! Actually now I think of her, she's gone from a size 20 down to a ten, former shell of herself but she's happy now having dumped the extra weight - the boyfriend! :D).

Fascinating the little tidbits you pick up on boards, and I haven't even had my mid-morning coffee yet! :D

Makes a lot of sense though actually when I think about it... *Googles* :D

Yea I agree, their are thin women who don't have the gap because they have narrow hips.
