I am cooking a chicken curry and let the coconut milk boil. I shoulda been watching it more closely... So now the coconut milk has curdled.

Is it still ok to eat? It tastes fine, but it just looks gross with all the bits in it now.

I don't wanta waste me dinner... aahh.. :(

Pass it through a sieve and it should be fine

Sound thanks, I can't sieve it though as I have veg and chicken in there with the coconut milk.

As long as its safe to eat, we'll eat it!

Lesson learned, I will be watching it next time and just keep it at a simmer.
