The second race in the series continues this evening with the Bilboa 10k starting at 8pm.

It's within easy reach of Limerick City and is just a few kms NE of Pallasgreen on the N24 Limerick/Tipperary road...

Always a great event. Will be my 6th year in a row doing it.

The course is flat for the first 5k, a few hills until 8k and then a very very fast downhill finish for the last mile and a bit.

Best post-race cake and tea I've come across too

The 3rd race in the Ballyhoura Active Series is the Eddie Murphy Memorial 5 mile near Pallasgreen on Saturday, the 23rd of June at 8pm...

whats the Kilfinane course Like.

pallasgreen wasn't bad ..felt longer that 5miles but that's just me
