Hey all sorta toying with the idea of seeing a hypnotherapist for nerves and anxiety. I'm wondering if anyone could advise me on this or recommend a hypnotherapist in Dublin?
Also wondering what the story is with qualifications as there are loads of people when I google and I've no way of knowing how to judge them..
So just wondering what qualification I should be looking out for

Sorry we cannot recomend named individuals here. I suggest that you have a look at the thread on finding a counsellor, psychotherapist, etc on top of the page.
