I have tried to follow the default GPRS internet settings for Tesco Mobile for an iPhone with little luck.

Can someone please tell me what I need to input under Settings --> General --> Network --> EDGE --> APN , username, password

    Is the APN tescomobile.liffeytelecom.com ???

    Thanks in advance.

That used to be the address anyway, so it probably still is

    Yes, you shouldn't need a user/pass.

Did this get sorted out? I have a 1st gen unlocked iphone and thinking of swapping to Tesco mobile. I don't use the net much when away from wi fi zone but would like to have the option so can it work when you are out and about with thir internet settings? Thanks

This wasn't resolved. I called Tesco Mobile but they didn't know anything about internet settings. I was lead to believe that they don't support 2g or 3g internet on their network.

I just changed network as soon as they told me they couldn't help. I was only with them 2 days.

    Good luck.

I've not really experience them since they first came out but at that time they were shockingly uneducated.

Giving a response like that to a customer thats trying to give them business, really they don't deserve to get the business.

Their CS cost them the customer, not the first, and probably wont be the last. They would probably get more stick then 3 if they had a bigger market share
