Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Unable to log into to account

    Hi I recently set up an online account but have been unable to log in,when I fill in my login in details I am redirected to the home page of the website and when I click manage my policy there I am not logged in .I have tried different web browser but the same problem persists .Any help appreciated. James
