Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    I never knew that about cats :o
    Is it a special suncream ?
    Rainbow is jet black but Keef is tabby and his paws and the hair inside his ears is white

    I just use high factor waterproof children's suncream. :)

    Have to get him a new one though- this weather caught me off guard! He's had my expensive face suncream on his ears the last couple of days! :o

    Yeah this is fine I think but as far as I'm aware there are pet suncreens that you can buy.

    Paws are okay tbh, it's more animals that have totally white ears or are totally white themselves. Owners of white boxers and Westies should be careful, as well as any other animal that's completely white. In saying that, be careful with all your animals it hot weather like this.

    I am torturing myself. I worked in a Leonidas chocolates retailer for 7 years. Let's just say I tasted 1 or 2 of them in my time there ¬_¬

    Now I'm reading a case study on the Belgian chocolate market, including Leonidas. And its a very descriptive study describing the shape, smell, feel, taste of the chocolates and the experience the customer goes through choosing and eating them.

    overcast and warm here at the mo. i swear i nearly died yesterday. driving back from kilkenny in my tin can car in the glare of the flancer ball. gah it wasn't pleasant. then i knew i was home when all the idiots came out the woodwork/concrete driving like lunos and walking out in front my car from behind high trucks. i swear with the heat i was fit to kill someone. and then it is a fcuking lovely day (for most) but still not 1 child could walk home from school and i was needing to get to the shops (to pick up heavy stuff or i prolly woulda walked) and traffic at near standstill, more idiots and me boiling in the tin can. ARRRRGGGHHH.

    i gotta drive to arklow today and i garunteeeeee i'll be stuck behind some slomo. seriously i ALWAYS get stuck behind someone doing at least 10/15mph UNDER the speed limit going to/from arklow. does me nut in

    i also think my laptop charger cable is trying to kill me. it seems to wend its way around my leg whilst i am sitting here pottering, then i go to stand up and it snags me and sends me flying :(

    Think they have a vendetta against humans cos mine does the exact same :) May have 2 go around the house to search for clothes that need washing to make up a full load. Hate that half load nonsense.

    Helen- my laptop charger drives me mad too... It is very tempremental- 'Charging' 'Battery Low' 'Charging' 'Battery Low'... it's plugged in, just charge dammit!
