Correct technique deep water Mono ski start

Hi there,
Does anyone know the Correct technique deep water Mono ski start.
Ive done it twice but its a lot of effort....... there has to be an easy technique....

- speed of boat
- angle of mono ski in water
- tow rope sits on left or right
- bend knees
- at what point do u put back foot on ski

thanks in advance...... prob not necessary to rip loads of muscles to get out of the water

Not sure but i know in wake boarding you just sit back and leave the board out in front and leave the boat drag you up onto the board sideways and then you turn into it. Obviously not the same on a monoski but i'd be guessing to just leave the boat do the work.

Find your nearest waterski/wakeboard club and book up a set. The driver should be able to instruct you regarding the basics at the very least.
