Why do you think that? Genuine question like, it looks very well minded indeed for a 15 year old car. I'd imagine it has a very comprehensive service history too.

Red Alfas fade as bad as any, its 16 years old and its soaking wet in the pics.

Could the owner just be panicking after someone else pointed out they couldn't hear or feel the turbo kicking in? Despite the badge, pretty sure these have no turbo.

Thought they were a lower bhp turbo than the 2.0t?

    Those wheels are appalling!

A decent set of teledials can be gotten very handy these days. I kind of like those wheels too, an if they have decent rubber on them then I'd probably keep 'em on the car.

A home valet and some leather cleaner and conditioner can sort that leather and interior easy enough.

Mines red and it hasn't faded in 12 years, although I agree, red alfa's do fade but it still looks very fresh in the pictures regardless. It is a 15 year old car anyway like to be fair. If I didn't have one already and could get insured, I'd be very tempted by that 156 V6.

2.0 n/a AFAIK, 2.0t was lower powered 2.0 turbo with 2.0T the high output version.

    Isn't yours wine?

Darker red. More of a burgundy.

Fairly sure those Saab's are definitely turbo too.

1.8t is giving it away :D

Bottom of the range is a 1.8i which indeed is a N/A

    But it is confusing. 1.8i = 1.8l, 1.8t = 2.0l

No confusion on the 9-5 - they are all turbo :)

He means the brighter shades of red, which when fade, look like a baboons arse

    Not at the moment :)

Fair sized premium built into that price on account of the fresh NCT imo, can't see it fetching north of €750.

Mercedes-Benz, over 2l and without current tax = No PSV :D

Yup, too expensive at 1200. Definitely can't see it selling at that price!

It took you nearly a full day of searching to come up with a 16 year old Talbot?

The 406 fetish was one thing, but now I think you're losing the plot :p :pac:

Not a bad find. Reliable old Diesel technology means troublesome and economical motoring.

Talbot or not...550 quid, fairly clean looking, 15 months NCT and a reasonable chance that you won't have to spend another cent on it until the NCT runs out ...that's bangernomics at its finest. Scrap it at the end (if you have to) and get some money back :D

If the mileage is genuine I doubt its an ex AGS vehicle, someone might have wanted USB or some other stereo option :)
