can anyone help me with this hallmark of an old spoon i think its from the maker potosi, from birmingham electro plated? but i looked it up and the crown means sheffield? and which letter is the year?. its a broken spoon only the handle but im curious to its age.

A bit difficult for me to make out the marks but i think it is probably foreign.

If it's electro-plated it won't have a hallmark. Think about it, you could scrape off the precious metal leaving you with a piece of tin with a hallmark!
