Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Udo's oil/alternative

    Ok guys I know there are very mixed opinions on Udo's oil, but I find at this time of year my skin gets really reactive and at the minute I look like a haggard old bint. My diet is good (in my opinion), I drink lots of water- very little caffeine, plenty of fruit and veg- organic where possible (ie if I can afford it!)... I know eating oily fish, nut etc would do me the world of good but I'm not a fan of either...
    My partners mam was raving about Udo's oil to me and just wondering is it worth the hype and €25 price tag? Is there an alternative on the market?

    Holland & Barrett have their own alternative, plus it's around 18 euro I think. Ask in store.

    My wife uses Udos Oil, swears by it. She did try out H&B but didn't like it. Sometimes the health shops have buy one get one half or sometimes it's 5 euro off.

    Just get a decent omega 3 supplement if you want omega 3.
