Vice City

It does look very good:

• 120 Vehicles - 70 more than GTA3, including rideable motorbikes
• Improved AI will allow for more intelligent gangs and police
• Over 10 hours of music will feature in the game, including 90 licensed songs with tracks from Judas Priest, Grandmaster Flash, Kool and the Gang, Cutting Crew and Flock of Seagulls.
• The new city will be over twice the size of the one featured in predecessor GTA3
• Players will now be able to wander round indoor environments, including casinos, hotels and discos
• Vocal talent supplied by Hollywood heavyweight Kyle MacLachlan

hummm seems good to me, new weapons include Tear Gas, screwdrivers and a chainsaw. I would buy it .. if i had a PS2 ... i do know a good few people who are getting it tomorrow too. Though play.com do have the following notice on there site:
We have received notification from the supplier of GTA Vice City that there will not be enough initial stock to fulfil all pre-orders on the day of release. We are expecting further stock next week.

picked it up yesterday, buy it in Smyths or Virgin, typical GAME are asking an extra 5 euro for it.

Anyhoo - well impressed, mmm, shooting the tyres of mopeds is cool. and the super bike is slick. Altough, i find myself getting distracted too easily - while listening to Jan Hammer, and trying to do all fancy camera angles, and a wheelie at the same time, and SMACK straight into one of those life guard towers, and looseing a ****load of health !

anyone else notice, some of the cars u rob, have passengers in the back of them ? hehehehe

Picked it up today and haven't put it down since.

Grand, I'm sold. Off to the Square after work to pick up a copy.

pretended to be sick in school and got home to play vice
defintly one of the best games on consoles atm. & the chainsaw is great fun, tearing apart cars/people
but I beg to differ on "the city is twice the size of the gta3 version" ... theres only 1 part you unlock, and its about the same size as where you originally are...probably wrong, but I dont think this would make much more then the gta3 city..
