Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Morning All

    Just wondering if anyone has ever had a colonic and what opinions are of it???

    My opinion would be that it upsets the delicate balance of the bacteria within our systems and would not be required if people ate a diet with a consistant high fibre content.

    Just me though.

    I would have thought the same but suffering terrible with IBS so thought it might help.....

    Have you been to your doctor? I don't want to be giving out medical advice on the board but on a rare occassion IBS can be a symptom of something else that is easily fixable by your doc.
