Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Fas Course advice please!

    Hello there!

    I'm just wondering if anyone has any knowledge with this.

    I went to fas a few months ago signed up for a course ECDL, was happy enough but got a letter yesterday telling me to come in for an interview next week for a place on the course.

    The thing is i asked to do the course online and this is for full time classes. Do i have to take this or can i ask them to change me to online??

    Just wanted to ask here before i give them a call tomorrow thanks in advance!

    You can probably ask them for an online login BUT if you do the fulltime classes you will get training allowance & travel allowance plus meal allowances. If you are still getting JSB the fulltime one will pause your stamps for the duration of the course and therefore will prolong your stamps by the number of weeks that you are doing the course
