Thinking of moving to O2 pre-pay to avail of their offer of unlimited calls and 1GB data for 20euro per month. I'm currently on Meteor pre-pay availing of the unlimited calls + unlimited internet offer but the reception and 3G services are absolutely dreadful so want to decide on a new network by tomorrow.

Does anyone have experience with this plan on O2? I'm aware that they are merging with 3 who don't offer unlimited calls for 20euro but have been informed that if I move to O2 soon the price plan will not change?

Have you considered Tesco mobile for €15? You keep the €15 topup to use on sms or add-ons: >> http://www.tescomobile.ie/priceplans/add-ons.aspx

How much data do you want per month?

1Gb would be €5, so spend €15, get your calls and 1Gb and €10 credit left over to use as you want.

    They use the o2 infrastructure
