Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Oh right. I thought it might have been like Kildare Village.

    You know, the outlet shops and stuff? Great bargains there.

    no its like a normal cider and made by bulmers but i like it better and whenever i mention it to people they say slag me for some reason...:confused:
    but i like it anyway :cool:

    It's been about for years. One of the first drinks I've ever had. I actually had a few cans of it a couple of weeks ago!!

    There's a great drinking game associated with it (this and other multi-litre plastic bottles of alcohol), where you attach a bottle to each hand with gaffer tape and can't take them off till you finish both bottles.

    It's mad craic at the start, but a bit much when you're dying for a piss! :D

    The only place I will drink cider is in France, where they actually know how to make delish, cold, tasty cider.
    Preferably eaten with a side order of crepes.

    Thats what you get for not drinking, I thought Linden Village was the place Bono and his mates frequented when they were younger!

    Sounds nice though, I might try one if someones buying!

    According to Wikipedia (so therefore it MUST be true!) it was Lypton Village they came from.

    I drank a 3 litre bottle of this under a bridge when I was 14, I can sort of remember it going in but I will never forget it leaving my body as long as I live. Its making me feel ill at the though of it.

    The reason they all slag you is because its a "homeless person" drink.

    Its decent enough if its been in the fridge for a couple of hours. I dont like Bulmers. Too weak and too expensive.

    I also like Druids cider. Very sweet though.

    Not a bad cider at all, could be worse.

    There's all these rumours that its the dreggs of Bulmers but I dount it to be honest.

    When I was a cider drinker I drank it but the stuff cuts the stomach out of me these days....

    Anyway, there are worse ciders, namely Druids (diabettes in a can) or Hereford (caustic soda mixed with paint thinner).

    If my memory serves me correctly which in fairness might be pretty sketchy on this point, but the flavour of linden village was vastly improved by the addition of a naggin of your cheapest vodka to the flagon.

    One major reason for the purchase of the cheapest cider and vodka was the fact that your friends bast**d of an older brother always doubled the asking price :mad:
