Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Just saw this thread in fashion and appearance:

    Someone came on looking for advice because they had just shaved their head. They posted before and after pics and spent ages asking questions and getting tips.

    They then started a new thread of pics of them looking 'hot' with their new shaved head.

    Turns out it wasn't real at all and just random pics stolen off youtube.

    Why would you bother? Whats the point?

    Does anyone else find this hilarious?!

    Maybe they're not happy with their own lives/real world and want to pretend to be someone else in a hope of escaping it for a while.

    That's why I go on to forums But I wouldn't post pictures of someone else and say it was me.

    Fwiw, this type thing has happened on the fashion/appearance forum a few times. I don't see what the attraction is.
