Hi, I have a friend who wants to source Vegan Cheese for her ADHD son on a casein(?) free diet, anyone got any tips?

any healthfood shop ive been in has vegan cheeses, namely down to earth or nourish.

There is also a cook book. I think its called the uncheese cook book? Gets good reviews.
