Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    disappointed, can do it a lot faster but got a fairly decent kick to the face which shhok me a bit!

    again disappointed, there was a fairly strong wind and i had it in my head to conserve energy for the run but i could have went a lot harder, i'll know for next time!

    happy enough with this.

    came 21st in my age group which was nice, had a great day at it and will def be doing more this summer!

    right im gonna start logging again, travelling a lot with work these days so cant really maintain a consistent program, just gonna keep tippping away at the weights when i can and run/cycle most days if possible.
