Someone was acting the bollix on the 18th December. I think that was when a few other people got deleted so I've added those lines back in at the bottom of the sheet, they could be duplicates if people added themselves back in again though so it's not a complete fix.

Finished up today with a total of 1,333 miles done for the year. Happy with that but still room for improvement.

Hit the 1000th mile mark today, just in the nick of time! Was my first year really committed to running, so delighted to hit that total. Would hope to get closer to 2000 next year.
2012 was a pretty good year all in all, first 10k, first 1/2 marathon, first marathon.... Here's wishing an injury free PB laden 2013 to one and all! |

![]() Anyways 2758 miles total for me this year and 5th Place overall (i Think) which is about the same position as last year. I have ran 200 miles more this year than last but faded badly over the past 3 months and came nowhere near my 3000 mile target in the end. Looking forward to getting back into high mileage in the new year, as I think I will have to up my game to keep Ray at bay next year. |

![]() I faded badly too after DCM and finished just behind you - might try for 3000m next year if life allows it. |

Great running, Niall. Looking forward to some more battles next - this- year. I reached my target of 2000 miles comfortably enough in the end, despite injury/illness hiccups. Finished in 16th place, which looked highly unachievable in January. |

Happy new year all...
Someone got rid of me as well from the spreadsheet...not to worry, this thread has provided great motivation and support for me over 2012...I am no elete, just an average plodder so I am delighted to say i crossed the 1000 mile marker while running through Carton House on the 30th Dec...its my best running achievement ever, and Ive run 2 marathons previously....Only 1 week of the 52 did i not run at all...some brief stats, if i may... 166 Runs in 2012... 106 Runs in Vibrams.... Longest run, 25KM.... 2013 goals... Break 22 mins for 5k (current pb 23.13) Break 45 mins for 10k (current pb 46.53) Run a 4 hr injury free marathon..... Oh, and try to run 1250 miles this year.... |
