There's a hardcore medieval music recital on tomorrow in St Joe's Oratory (Sth Campus) for anyone interested. It's my MA recital and is only about an hour long, but is pure grade a premium class from start to finish.

    2 O'Clock, St Joe's Oratory, South Campus.

    Be there.
    :D

The Geography Society AGM is on tomorrow evening (ie Tuesday) at 6.30 upstairs in the John Hume building. It's most likely gonna be in JH4. Everybody's welcome, you don't even have to be a geography student :pac:

Edit: Seeing as sometimes people like to change where things are happening at the last minute without telling others, the AGMs actually sonewhere in Rhetoric House. In like twenty minutes, if anyone's interested.

How did the debate on Is God on Facebook go? I actually wanted to attend but time didn't suit. Was curious to hear what sort of arguments were thrown out ;)

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 22,479 ✭✭✭✭philologos

It wasn't a debate, but we had a speaker talk about it. It was pretty much about God's role in the digital age in our lives. It was very interesting.

We have stuff in the pipeline for second Semester that should be quite interesting though, so keep your eyes peeled.

Course she's not, she's probably in Hawaii sunning herself on the beach. It's symbolic, we're going to protest outside the office of a FF TD. Which is also the office of her family's auctioneers. She takes donations from developers, she's a symbol of the rotten core of the FF establishment. But if she is there it'd be even better :)
