Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

I know i've got a line splitter on my line, because a few years ago when they were installing a second phone line, they asked us if they could install it, and being the idiots we were at the time, we let them. Hi,
I just emailed her telling her I couldnt connect to the internet above 16000bps and most of the time it was 12000bps and that 3 years previously I had been able to connect over 50000bps and could she do anything about it left my phone number on the email and about 3 days later she rang and said she would see what she could do and asked me where i got her name. I told her a friend of a friend she said ok no problem. No arguements no nothing has taken since whenever her email address was posted (see above) till yesterday 14th January to get it done....but its done. I was just really polite and didnt argue and she was fine with me too.
Hope it works out anyway.
