Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hey,

    I have a Pace 3100 Sky+ Box.

    Having loads of problems.

    First off, when I try to record a programme it goes for 10-15mins, then crashes.

    Then when I power it down (plug it out from the mains) sometimes it wont turn on.

    I have re-set it, from the Services 4 0 1 Select etc

    Still no joy.

    Any ideas?

    The signal strength and quality are fine etc
