Hi, Can anyone give me help please, I would like to bake my own bread but I tried the Odiums gluten-free flour in my Christmas cake and I didnt like the taste, (other than the taste it worked out fine) Can you suggest a good flour.

You haven't said what kind of bread, but have you tried porridge bread yet? It's easy to make gf with gf oats and gf bread soda and has no flour so gets around that particular issue...

I tend to use Doves farm, doesn't have that GF 'taste' that a few of them have
