This mixtape was done in Europe while the whole G-Unit Camp was on the Massacre Tour 2005 (and still going strong till mid-October). DJ Whoo Kid worked in the studio with his artists to get freestyles everyday after their show and after parties. They used some studios overseas and some engineer somehow managed to leak out some of the songs. 50 & G-Unit is going after them (of course). G-Unit fans may think that they may already have these songs. However, these were the songs that was leaked prior to mixdown and what Whoo Kid has on this "Back to Business" is with quality and additional verses - yes, Whoo Kid managed to get G-Unit back in the studio, after they've learned that the songs were leaked.

its pretty good despite the gunshots and the "rewind that **** whoo kid" pretty funny half way through the yayo song it goes to an interview outside the concert in belfast

Best song i think is Ho's Ho's remixed over the "go" beat
50 also mentions dublin and said he was talkin 2 someone bout fat joe and then he said that they were like thats the guy who owns the pizza shop round the corner isnt it

Its pretty good not as good as the earlier ones but nothing as bad as the last one with all the olivia songs and the one before that with yayo all over it. Its worth a few listens but wont remember it in a few weeks.

I'm not trying to be annoying but seriously where can you listen to it/ or buy it????

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,464 ✭✭✭Kristok

If we post a link to where you can get it we would be banned (I assume) and theres nowhere to buy them legally as there illegal in the real world. Id pm you a link or two but cant seem to do that for some reason.

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,503 ✭✭✭Makaveli

Indeed a link in the open forum will earn you a ban.
If there are pm's being sent I don't want to know anything about it and don't want anything posted here regarding it.

Oh whoops I didn't know that about the links ban sorry! But if this is the case why are there links to hip-hop websites allowed on the other thread?I had my private messages turned off for some reason but now they are back on!Whoops!

There is not a links ban. There is a ban on links to sites with illegal/pirated/pornographic content.

mixtapes are not illegal u can buy tony yayo's new mixtape in hmv or u can buy them off www.mixunit.com thats clinton sparks website

i just noticed the bit bout busta ...only going off what i read

The ones in hmv are comercial mixtapes which have been cleared by the record labels who the artists featured are signed to and generally come out ages after the songs have already been out ages. This has been talked about in another thread (now closed) as a rule of thumb 99% of sites selling them are illegal unless its the djs own site but all the download sites are illegal just like regular illegal mp3 sites. There are sites selling the illegal ones and shops in the US but as has been seen the police do raid these shops now and then and cease all the cds they have cause its a legal grey area as the record companies dont want anyone making money off them but dont want to stop the free promotion it gives.

Just like to point out im not anti mixtapes I love them its a great source of music you might never hear from big and upcoming artists. But I aint posting a link to any sites and getting banned and people should really think whos getting the money if they buy the cds off sites selling them cause it aint the artists and the dj is unlikly to get a cent either.

Just to echo what Kristok said I'm not anti-mixtapes either.
It's a boards.ie ruling that linking to illegal/pirated/pornographic material is prohibited. It's my job as moderator to make sure these rules are upheld on the boards I moderate.
