Galaxy S3 mini v Iphone 4 v ???

    Want to get a new phone . Using basic Galaxy mini and it needs to be replaced.


    I am with Tesco prepay and suits me so after a sim free phone as do not want to have a bill.
    I would like Wifi but do get bundle with Tesco for out and about.
    Must be touchscreen and have an ok camera and the usual bluetooth/radio /gps etc

    Don't really want to spend over the €400 mark would like to try keep nearer the €300 mark if I can.

    Have looked at S3 but its way too big for me. Have not seen S3 mini yet only online. Would I be mad to spend 400 on iphone 4 when there is much newer ones out.

    Also open to suggestions on other phones. Thanks
