So I want to do try out some stand up comedy in Dublin, I am aware of the open Mic's in the Ha'penny Bridge inn. I am just wondering is that the only open mic in Dublin? I've looked it up and thats allI I can find.

There's a few nights that have an open mic slot amongst more experienced comedians. But they generally will be filled with people who have been doing comedy for months (or years).

The Battle is the only fully open mic night I can think of. Probably your best bet to start off.

I too am interested in open mic venues in Dublin. I've been doing comedy in Estonia for a few months now and I'll be in ireland for 2 weeks this month. Battle of the axe has a 2 month waiting list and the organiser doesnt seem to budge on it no matter how much I plead so im wondering if there is anywhere else at all?
