    hi,
i'm looking for a simple database system to track members on different courses.

name, phone number, date they signed up, date they started, date they received their welcome pack, date for welcome text message, date of class reminder, currently active(yes/no)

So? Do you expect someone to do it for do, or are you looking for an off-the-shelf package? Either way, you need to give more information.

Something off the shelf would be ideal. No point in re-inventing the wheel. I'm guessing I could customise a CRM to do this! or try to do it in Access.

See attached screenshot of what we are tracking.

A weekly report of the number of Actives and In-Actives would be ideal also, but that isn't priority.

Yup, Access sounds like the runner in this situation.

Google Docs could be an option as well. Sounds like you need a shared spreadsheet.
