Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

do they ship from Canada or somewhere in Europe? don't wanna risk getting stung on customs trying to save a few quid

They ship from Canada to a holding warheouse somewhere in Europe and clear customs in bulk as a business. They then re-post the product to you from within the EU so you'll never pay import duty.
