Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Event Management in DIT - opinions?

Hi, I'm currently doing the Leaving Cert and have Event Management in DIT down as one of my top CAO choices. I've been to open days and stuff but I'd love to hear from some actual students studying it and their experiences? Do you like the course? Does it present good employment opportunities etc. Thanks!

I sometimes deal with event management students and they are a bright bunch. The course is quite prestigious and it is in a growth area, so employment prospects should be good.
