Hi. Thanks for help in advance.
I have VM 360 and would really love to benefit from the speeds over wireless. I have purchased an AirPort Extreme latest model. When I have VM hub reset to factory settings and AE connected it works but get the Double NAT error on AE. So I turn of DHCP on the AE but immediately the speeds drop by 90%
Anyone any idea of best practice with this? Suggestion very welcome!

Put the Virgin hub in modem mode. That's really the best way to do it. Also make sure it's connected to the WAN port on the Airport Extreme.
