Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi all.

    I was wondering is there any company or individuals in Galway offering
    Rent to own or rent too buy schemes for house buyers.

    First find a bank that will accept the rent accrued as a deposit, as many won't. Also, when you go to buy the house in 5 years, the bank may not accept the house value that is given by the seller, and thus you won't benefit.
