My dad gave me his old electric guitar a few years ago - a Vox White Shadow.

I've been trying to find information about it since then, but it's next to impossible. I've searched on here too but the only thread useful to me was 11 years out of date. Anyway, the only thing I know about the White Shadow I have is that it was made in Japan (it's printed on it).

Now, I may be wrong, but I believe that they were originally made in Japan in the 1960s, but they discontinued them and then started re-manufacturing in the 80s in Korea.

If anyone could clarify that statement and give an exact year, or knew any other information about them such as price value, history etc that'd be great. I'm curious to know more about what I'm playing, and I have pretty much nothing to tell anyone when they ask about it. :)
