    Hello,

I was shortlisting the car when I found this interesting observation regarding this dealer

Dealer: Bolands Car Centre, Grange Castle, New Nangor Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22
In the website, they mention they are "Reputable suppliers of Quality New and Used cars for more than 50 Years"
From solocheck website, the car dealer is there for only one year.
Unfortunately, as I am a new user, I cannot post both the link in here.

Assuming there are no other "Bolands Car Centre" in Dublin 22, will it be safe to buy a used car from them?
Further, Please share your experience if you have bought a car from them.

    Thanks..

Well I bought a car from that Tony Boland Car Sales about 8 years ago. It was an excellent car, and all was well.

Well if its an import hope they paid the right vrt on it ! The owner of red cow was stupid enough to buy a nearly new bentley arnage off them nothing but trouble with it. Knowing what they are like it was probably a duff car they bought un cheaply !

    In the Interest of Clarification.

Reference comments made by 'Goochy' on this thread on 27th March 2015.

My name is James Boland of Bolands of Clondalkin (sometimes referred to as Bolands Opel), a family run business based on New Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22. We have been on the same premises and trading under the same name since 1958. We are members of the SIMI, the Society of the Irish Motor Industry for almost forty years. We specialise in the Sale of New and Used Opel Cars along with other brands. We are also an official authorised Opel Aftersales/Service agent.

Our online showroom will show that the cars we sell are midrange cars, none of these cars are imports and they are certainly not Bentleys.

I would ask Goochy to either contact myself at 01 4643913 or explain the basis of his unfounded, false and potentially damaging allegations on this thread. Tax evasion amongst other points you've made are a very serious matter and I'd welcome an explanation from yourself on how you have linked our Business to these subjects.

    All,
Here is an update after six months.
The car I purchased was a good one except for a small problem
The suspension alignment was not good, causing the car to pull to the left.
A rotation of wheels and a proper alignment solved the issue.

Everything else was good. Thanks for all the comments and suggestions.
