Have Eircom BB with the Netopia 'box' - it has the Wpa key no. on the base but I have an internet radio that shows the Wpa no. coming up but won't work without ethernet cable from the box plugged in to it - same for laptop, needs the cable plugged in.Have gone onto Eircom site but no joy with 'instructions' from them either.
Any ideas ?

Plug your laptop in with that ethernet cable and login to the router and check the password. Use 192.168.1.254 in the browser to login to the router
