Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

03-07-2011 11:39am#1Reading an article in which US advertisers say they fully expect Person Of Interest and Charlie's Angels to be the first casualities of the upcoming network tv season.
I 100% on Charlie's ....utter muck, but Person Of Interest
- dunno, depends, i'm guessing it'll be a slow burner, not huge numbers but will do enough and prehaps build over time.
My interest though is trying to discover who'll "pull a Lone Star"...you know?, critically acclaim but pulled after two episodes
I have a sneaky suspicion Terra Nova is gonna bomb BIGTIME!

Even Downton abbey (A British export to them) had to be ridiculously cut down, to cut out what they considered boring bits more so!

Although it's a mid-season replacement so it's not going to happen for some time.
Same creator as Lonestar, an ambitious pilot with a talented director but they'll find it very tough to keep up that standard over the first 3/4 episodes.
+1....i'm convinced this is the next Lone Star as well, sadly 0 -
