So with oblivion will be some fantastic mods.
I would like a place, here, for people to put up their favourites or any.
I just got the game so I don't know if there are any good ones around yet. There were a lot of class and bad ones for morrowind. Let's see some more good ones eh.
So, has anybody got some so far?
Maybe people could use here to post links to mods and give a brief description of them?
    Thanks. :)

Have a read, dl some. Tell us your experiences and which are best.

That thread should be merged in here. :)
EDIT: As opposed to just putting a link to all the mods, there are so many already, maybe people should put their favourites in here.
I haven't had time to look at many yet.

A few Ive found worth the download:

BTMod: Absolutely essential for PC gamers. Fixes the Console styled UI and makes it far more user friendly. If you download nothing else, download this. Allows optional changes to quest marker if you like misery and suffering.

Guild Item Ownership: I use the older version of this mod, but this basically allows you to store stuff at your guilds without it vanishing.

Quest Award Leveling: Levels the reward you get from quests; do a quest early and you get an item with some bonuses, if you waited till you were 25 you would get that same item but with better bonuses. This levels up the items as you level up yourself, removing the penalty of doing quests before youre level 25.

Unicorn Sociability: Also entitled "Unicorn no longer a bastard". Does what it says, the Unicorn will only attack you if you attack it, not for simply drawing a weapon in its sight.

3 team members, less than stellar development history, and a less than realistic design goal (750 side quests? area about 15 times the size of oblivion? Yeah). I wouldnt hold my breath tbh. A lot of mods show up promising the sun, moon and stars and then vanish after a few months of reality.

If these guys had already introduced a lot of Tolkien content then their claims might be more believable.

I think this mode is a must. For example I got Finger of the Mountain when I was level 3 and let me tell you the spell is totally useless...
I just downloaded it, didn't test it yet, but looking at the review scores it works for sure. I wonder why this wasn't in the game from the beginning but I am happy this mod is out!

Not a 3 man team, a fair bit more, full list:

Dont really expect this to see a half decent polished release though, but it could be possable with about 2 years to work on it or more.

The Middle Earth mod has been on 20% since May, so I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you. I like the idea but it sounds so unlikely to be completed.

EDIT: Here's a gigantic list of reviewed and reccomended mods:
    http://www.tescreens.be/oblivionmodwiki/index.php/Recommended:Mods

EDIT: Actually, not as gigantic as I thought, but theres still some useful stuff there.

The middle earth mod claims it will have:
"- 660 km² (Oblivion is about 42 km²)
    - 7500-8000 real NPCs (not just dummies or orcs)
    - 8 playable peoples each having its own story (altogether about 250 story-quests)
    - 750 side quests
    - grafical realisation of whole Middle Earth
    - realisation of many battles of the War of the Ring"

They also say that "This really is Middle Earth, worthy of Tolkien"

It sounds like a gargantuan undertaking and i doubt the people who are making this will see it out-we've been promised the world in terms of oblivion mods before and have been let down every time so, i sincerely doubt this will come out. Besides by the time they finish this it'll be time for Elder Scrolls 5,so..

But if they do manage to complete it,FAIR PLAY
    (phew,that was a long post)

    Frostcrag Reborn mod

Its an amazing ****in mod so far. At first you see vanilla frostcrag and think "Oh!". This mod makes you think "Ohhh!" And then "Ohhhhh!!" And then "OH!" and then you'll think "whoa."

You'll immediately respect Frostcrag for the sheer height of the place, but if you do enough digging around of the place (reading scrolls, journals etc.) You'll find the really good stuff. Its incredible underneath the surface.

All the best and newest mods are posted on the official forums, there's a mod category for both Morrowind and Oblivion.

I recommend better bodies, balmora expanded and Julan ashlander companion to start out with. Then move onto MGE mods.

I tried installing a dragon mount mod before... I think that's the reason my laptop broke :(

Oblivion Mod manager a good one and easy to use
    http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2097

Wyre Bash also excellent but a little more complicated
    http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=22368

And if you have a lot of mods BOSS is great for putting them in the correct order

i've tried the Requem mod recently and it's just awesome. Bows are a little overpowered, but I like the hardcore. I would recommend it to everyone.
